Windows are solid, easy to operate, look great and all for a reasonable price. The install team, lead by Robie, was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. They all worked very hard and did a super job. We had 22 big windows to replace in 2 days. The replacement was all done as planned and as promised. We will definitely call them again. Had new window installed in Living Room today. It is quite impressive. There was a delay in install due to window manufacturing, but we were not in an emergency situation, so it was not that inconvenient for us. Due to COVID situation, we did not take this into consideration for rating. They kept us updated on the status of the window being made and ready for install. Great service! We can definitely tell the difference on the efficiency of the window. We live right on a highway, and noise went down IMMEDIATELY!

Window World has been the best business that I have delt with providing excellent windows for my entire home at affordable rates, I ended up having to have 2 repairs- both repairs offered free of cost or low cost options due to damages caused by catastrophic events and wind damage. A representative came out and replaced my windows for free! Michelle is the front administrative assistant with through the roof: knowledge about services and window replacement options. When they say lifetime warranty no questions asked they mean it only problem was the installers spoke very little English
