Window World exceeded my expectations in all area except one. Their price was excellent, their product exceptional, their installers skilled and very efficient, their contact person Michelle efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable The exception was installation date. Due to weather and personnel issues our install was moved back twice. This I understand but the schedule being moved back 2 weeks each time is not optimal. In my opinion, if a install is cancelled then it should be moved to the following day and not 2 weeks. The rescheduling needs improved

I absolutely love the windows, but had to wait months to get them and have them installed . They are beautiful! Had one small glitch but Window World agreed to fix it and make it right.

I had multiple companies give me bids for window replacement. Window World was by far the most professional and transparent company I dealt with. There were no marketing schemes, gimmicks, or hidden costs, everything was disclosed up front in a no pressure, professional consultation. Michelle was excellent at communicating with me through the process and ensuring a seamless installation experience. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them over competitors in the field.

Windows are great, install was great, I had a long wait from initial purchase to install date, every time we had rain close to install date they would push me our six weeks (seemingly to the back of the line).

Absolutely had the BEST experience. Robbie, Charlie and Kyle were professional, as well as great craftsmen and friendly. They cleaned up perfectly after the installation and were done in no time. The windows are beautiful and I highly recommend having a conversation with Michelle in Terre Haute Indiana who really helped us pick the perfect windows for us.
