Great customer service and the contractor that showed up did an excellent job. I was very pleased with tear out and install. The contractor made sure that removal and trash was cleaned up. I had 6 windows installed and 1 vented storm door and a full oval interior door also installed. It always got cold in my kitchen and really cold in the mud room on the back side of the house. Now it's warm. I was really impressed how the contractors sealed the windows and how they wrapped the outside of the windows. Very impressive!!!!!!!! I will be a returning customer has I upgrade future windows......
