Window World..I hesitated after receiving the windows, mainly because I wanted to not speak from the high or relief of getting them, though we needed them...the windows themselves seem good. Good windows at a decent price. The salesman was extremely helpful and cooperative. The install crew made a significant effort to make their work look professional and trustworthy. I look forward to hiring them in the future for our door replacement goals. These windows do not let the cold winter air into our home. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

From the quote to ordering Corey was quick and professional. Once ordered we thought it might be 8 weeks out nope. Got the call and only a week later Michelle had me scheduled for installation. She text the day of installation and gave a time frame for them to arrive. The 2 gentleman arrived measured to confirm the size and began quickly. Total of about 6 or so I had my new windows in. Excellent price as well. Would highly recommend Window World to anyone.

On June 2nd we had 34 windows replaced in our home! Daniel's crew and Angel's crew removed the old ones AND replaced the new ones in one day, then came back the next day and clad them. We were amazed at how quickly the job went! They did a fantastic job and were courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend Window World for replacement windows.

Michelle was very informative on my initial visit into their store to discuss windows and Craig was very helpful on the various options available when he came out to give us the estimate. The manufacturing turn around time was quick (about 6 weeks). When the installers came, they were super efficient, had a great system and they were able to replace all of our windows (14) in one day. During installation, they put down drop clothes and vacuumed up any mess left. We were super impressed!!! I would definitely recommend Window World to anyone looking for replacement windows as everything to date has been top notch as far as service.
Will update this review this coming winter to give an update on the performance of the windows themselves. After 18 winters of putting plastic on windows, I'm looking forward to seeing how they do.

Hey I just wanted to say Craig was great to work with as far as getting an estimate he was a great guy! Most people who come to give you a quote won't acknowledge your kids and be so kind and friendly. Also the installers were great! They were very respectful and cleaned up the mess they worked hard and were very efficient.

They were wonderful from start to finish. The process was so simple, none of the uncomfortable high pressure sales, high quality windows, wonderful and professional installation team and a really good price that beat all other quotes. Thank you so much for everything!
